Using the website

Use this site lawfully and only for legitimate salon information and appointment requests. Do not interfere with the site, automate or scrape it in a way that burdens the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or access another person's appointment information.

The salon may limit or refuse use of the site when needed to protect clients, staff, availability, or the service.

Online appointments

Online availability is offered for the professional, service, and time shown when you make the request. A request may remain pending until the salon or required payment confirms it. The salon may contact you if a change is needed.

Provide accurate booking information and keep any private appointment-management link confidential. That link can be used to manage the related appointment.

Prices, services, and deposits

Published prices are starting points where indicated. The final service and price can depend on the consultation, hair length, density, condition, and selected professional.

When online deposits are available, colour services require a $25 deposit. The deposit is credited toward the final service price and is refunded in full when the client cancels at least 24 hours before the appointment. An unpaid payment link may expire, after which the time may become available again.

Online payments are processed through Square's hosted checkout when enabled. Available payment methods are presented by Square, and payment credentials are not stored by this website.

Changes and cancellations

Use the private appointment link to request a change or cancellation when available, or call the salon. The deposit policy above applies to colour-service deposits. This website does not state any additional cancellation fee or no-show charge.

Third-party services and content

The site can link to or use third-party services such as Square, Google Maps, and social media. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. The Hair Bar is not responsible for a third party's site, availability, or practices.

The site, branding, and photographs may not be copied or used outside ordinary personal use without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Availability and changes

The salon works to keep website, availability, and service information accurate, but they can change. The site is provided as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms when the site or salon practices change. The date above shows the latest revision.
